You’ll occasionally lend a hand to GiveMatch, our peer‑matching app, but most of your focus will be on EverGive and its mission to leverage giving to create lasting financial freedom.

Join us as Product Manager and help shape the future of mission-driven giving! 🚀

We’re looking for a delivery-focused Product Manager who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and own the product lifecycle from insight to shipped feature. You’ll work directly with the CEO and Growth Lead to shape strategy, then work very hands-on with engineering and design to bring it to life - defining requirements, writing user stories, managing the backlog, leading sprint rituals, and seeing the work through to launch and iteration.

This isn’t a “sit-back-and-strategise” role. This is a role for someone who thrives on detail, momentum, and turning ideas into reality quickly. You’ll be hands-on day to day - owning execution, making trade-offs, and turning real-world insights into simple, intuitive experiences for donors and charities.

You’ll help evolve EverGive from early product-market fit to a scalable platform - building tools that enable long-term giving, deepen trust in Bitcoin, and serve communities across borders.

🏆 What you’ll do:

  • Own the EverGive product roadmap - from user insight to feature launch - with a strong focus on prioritising what drives impact, trust, and growth.
  • Work closely with the CEO to translate vision and strategy into actionable product initiatives.
  • Collaborate daily with Engineering and Design - facilitating sprint planning, running stand-ups, unblocking devs, reviewing designs, and ensuring fast, high-quality delivery.
  • Write clear, detailed tickets and specs (user stories, PRDs, acceptance criteria) that help the team build with confidence and autonomy.
  • Partner with our Growth Lead to improve acquisition and activation through product-led initiatives - optimising flows, onboarding, and donor retention mechanics.
  • Lead backlog grooming, QA and sprint reviews, making sure what we ship aligns with both user needs and company priorities.
  • Balance speed with trust - especially in flows involving money, Bitcoin, or charity compliance - ensuring the product always feels intuitive, transparent, and credible.
  • Use data and user insight to drive decisions - tracking key metrics (activation, drop-off, retention) and running lean tests to validate ideas.
  • Be the voice of the user - whether refining an onboarding flow, prototyping a new giving mechanic, or simplifying Bitcoin education.

👾 Who you are:

  • 3–6 years experience in product management at a high-growth start-up, ideally in fintech, crypto, or mission-driven tech.
  • Strong product sense and user intuition - you care deeply about creating simple, elegant experiences.
  • Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams - helping unblock decisions, clarify scope, and keep delivery moving without formal authority.
  • Comfortable working with user and product analytics and data-warehousing tools (e.g. Superset, PostHog).
  • Not just a partner to growth - you are the growth engine. You own the roadmap, prioritise experiments, and relentlessly drive compounding user and revenue growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to turn complexity into clarity for users and stakeholders alike.
  • Passion for EverGive’s mission and a belief in Bitcoin’s potential as a force for good.

  • Deep familiarity with Bitcoin or crypto infrastructure (wallets, custody, Lightning, compliance).

👥 Our Team and Way We Work

EverGive is largely hybrid‑remote - most roles work remotely and gather in London once a month. This Product Manager is different: you’ll be on-site in our central London workspace 5 days a week (with regular touchpoints with the CEO and Growth Lead), and the remaining days will be remote and fully flexible.
