You’ll be someone ideally with direct experience in a Crypto/Fintech environment together with a commercial mindset!

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Product Owner operating across a scaled agile team, focusing on the delivery of technical features
• Own product development from conception to launch
• Develop product enablement strategy
• Being able to liaise with marketing to ensure roadmap deliveries/project updates are communicated through our social, PR and paid for strategies
• Collaborate with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to develop and steer product roadmap
• Use and manipulate data effectively to measure, analyze and optimize the success of the products you develop.
• Combine data driven insights with product vision & strategy to design new features and improvements to maximize impact and growth

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of product experience or equivalent. We are looking for candidates at multiple seniority levels
• Strong knowledge and passion for Cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs
• Commercially driven mindset
• The ability to collaborate well with designers and engineers
• An analytical and data-driven work style
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization and prioritization skills
• Someone who gets things done and makes an impact
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
