Position Overview:
The Product Manager at Chorus One plays a key role in shaping and improving our product offerings. We are looking for a crypto native person working in close collaboration with our Business Development, Marketing, and Engineering teams, creating detailed market and product requirement documentation, and identifying integration opportunities with crypto-native and traditional institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Own the detailed roadmap and work closely with the Engineering team on making sure the right product features are prioritized and developed.
- Define and measure product success through various metrics, prioritizing efforts that have the highest impact.
- Develop deep understanding of customers and their needs to build products that are solving their existing needs
Market and Product Requirements:
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the ecosystem, understanding the needs of institutions dealing with crypto assets.
- Scope and design integration opportunities with institutional staking partners.
Team Collaboration and Development:
- Drive product development from conception to launch, monitoring progress, and proactively identifying issues/risks.
- Build excitement and understanding within the engineering team about product opportunities.
- Drive alignment with the Engineering team around the product roadmap, navigating constraints, and mitigating potential risks.
- Ensure timely resolution of any issues through proactive collaboration.
Requirements:
- Crypto Native: Advanced user of crypto products with strong relationships within the blockchain ecosystem.
- Product Management Experience: Proven experience in crypto product management, including building and managing crypto products in both B2B and B2B2C segments.
- Market Insight: Ability to translate market trends into product offerings and a compelling vision for Chorus One.
- Ownership: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of and manage the development of existing product offerings for clients. Self-starter, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to execute data-driven strategies. Past experience in UX is a plus, working knowledge with Figma and InVision or past experience as a software engineer
