Network Operations Specialist

Role

As a Network Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in building automations for real-time metrics reporting, monitoring changes in delegations per customer, and refining network reporting processes.

This position offers a unique opportunity to dive deep into the most relevant ecosystems in the blockchain space, such as Ethereum, Solana, Aptos, and the Cosmos ecosystem, and to work alongside a passionate and collaborative team.

What we are looking for:

• Develop and implement automation projects for real-time network metrics reporting.
• Enhance networks analytics by customizing delegation reports and integrating APIs and other data sources.
• Map network communication channels and manage access across various platforms (Discord, Telegram, Slack, etc.).
• Support the implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) across all networks, contributing to scale and efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with the team to onboard and support 50+ networks, ensuring seamless operation and communication.
• Drive the automation of report data, facilitating efficient and actionable insights.

Job requirements

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Independence and initiative-taking with a capacity for self-directed work.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, whether through work experience or private projects.
• A track record of practical projects in the crypto context or outstanding academic results in any discipline.
• A genuine interest in cryptocurrencies and active participation in the community.
