Delta One-ETF Trader

Job Responsibilities:

1. Generate PNL for the ETF trading desk, by pricing and trading ETF and delta one products.
2. Find opportunities, generate ideas and do backtesting.
3. Help with trade execution and market making.
4. Explore new ETF markets currently not covered.
5. Communicate with the asset managers, brokers and all other relevant counterparties.

Requirements:

1. Highly numerical, preferably with some basic ideas in statistics and probabilities.
2. Ability to multi-task, act and think quickly and work under stress.
3. Ability to write codes, automate tasks and analyze large amount of data.
4. Basic knowledge in the financial markets.
5. Self-disciplined, highly motivated and proactive.
6. Degree holder from a renowned university.
7. Experience in LATAM markets including Brazil, Mexico, Chile and Argentina are preferable.
8. Less experience will be considered as a Junior Trader
