We are currently looking for an experienced, organized, and highly motivated blockchain research analyst.
Job description:
- Scope and implement research projects, from the identification of information gaps through to the successful reporting of results and implications.
- Synthesize and prioritize research questions within the organization, working with strategy leadership, the executive team, and cross-functional product groups
- Clearly and confidently communicate and share research findings to the business, within required timeframes
- Lead and implement a new type of industry research
- Ensure fieldwork is managed accurately, within timelines and budgets, and project requirements are understood by all parties involved
Requirements:
- 2+ year of experience in the blockchain industry
- Ability to think strategically to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results of the analysis in easy-to-understand content
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive results
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and organized
