Our investment in superior technology and automation has enabled us to both release products, as well as work directly with top organizations including the Bitcoin Cash Foundation, Bitcoin Suisse, Binance, Bitwise, Coinbase, FlowTraders, Sygnum, and the Tezos Foundation as launch partners or customers of Onyx, our full stack issuance platform.

The Role

The ETP Product Specialist will be a key part of the growing 21Shares product team and will help develop new and existing products, covering all aspects of the product life cycles. They will act as the subject matter expert for internal teams and client requests.

This is an opportunity for an individual to manage and grow a team with at least one direct report and plans to expand.

Key Accountabilities and Scope:

Product Development:

Working with internal teams and key external relationships to develop new ETPs including:

• Product design and construction
• Index design and construction
• Service provider and regulatory set up
• Managing any partnership relationships alongside Chief Executive Officer and Chief Product Officer
• Managing regulatory filings and ongoing discussions with regulators
• Constantly reviewing and critically assessing existing product suite with an eye to improvements in design and operational process.

Capital Markets and Distribution:

• Acting as a point of contact for our market maker and other trading partners on technical aspects and operations of the products.
• Managing onboarding of new authorized participants and market makers.
• Monitoring our market maker trading spreads across various exchanges
• Working with the Head of Capital Markets on new exchange listings and maintenance of existing exchange relationships.
• Being a partner to the sales and research teams in their dealings with clients and business partners, acting as a subject matter expert on the product suite.
• Support the Sales and Marketing team with documentation, product questions and KPI information

This role is based out of our New York office.
