Product Manager

Aave is hiring experienced Product Manager to take part in empowering the creator community by making web3 creator economy more accessible to creators and their communities with the use of Non Fungible Tokens.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior and existing functionality
• Create, follow and update the product roadmap
• Prioritize tasks for development team
• Brainstorm and approve the roadmap with stakeholders
• Write features descriptions for design and technical teams
• Lead the development of prototype of mechanism that could be developed
• Help marketing team to plan their activities
• Monitor the market on regular basis in order to find new opportunities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role
• Excellent knowledge of NFT ecosystem and experience with digital art
• Degree in economics, engineering, statistics, or related field
• A strong ability to innovate and constantly find new opportunities
• Being able to take ownership with strong research and organizational skills
• Ability to extract information from quantitative data and analyze it
• Must be independent, organised and detail-oriented, as well as have the ability to multi task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team player, excellent communication skills, positive attitude and good work ethic
