3Commas was founded in 2017 to build a reliable platform that can help us stabilize our earnings in crypto while taking away some of the emotion that might result in losses. We have three principles. Who are we looking for

We are looking for an exceptional product leader inherently aligned to our core values to own and manage the current and future development of the 3Commas product platforms.

The CPO oversees the whole product portfolio, being in charge of its growth and the company’s overall product strategy, and serves as a product evangelist and visionary, capable of spotting trends and setting goals for years ahead.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership to the CEO (and Global Executive Management), managing and creating operational frameworks, driving organizational and operational strategy to translate business goals into actionable and measurable programs for execution.
• Develop product vision, user experience, and roadmap.
• Create a fit-for-growth product management team and structure.
• Own the product vision - build customer-centric experiences, delightful product features, and a clear roadmap to drive mass product adoption.
• Coordinate deep user research to identify needs and new opportunities.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators to track product usage and growth.
• Ensure that all product and feature development is clearly communicated, documented, and delivered with the highest quality and within defined timelines.
• Understand Trading.

Skills Required

• Experience leading a product organization 5+ years
• Excellent people and communication skills, verbal and written
• Experience in product lifecycle management 5+ years
• Good at public speaking and must have strong written and oral communication skills (Eng).
• Organizational and leadership abilities with the ability to influence and inspire
• Agile and creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Data analysis, data-driven approach
• Strong ability to think critically and clearly articulate product decisions and processes
• Experience working within: Startups, Crypto Financial Services, Blockchain, or Software as a Service
