About the role

Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of cryptocurrencies and blockchain? We are a rapidly growing cryptocurrency exchange on the lookout for a talented and ambitious lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. If you’re a law graduate with a passion for crypto, we’d love to hear from you!

Your daily tasks:

• Drafting commissioned contracts, corporate documents, legal opinions, regulations, and other documents;
• Giving legal opinions on contracts, regulations, resolutions, and other documents;
• Drafting letters in response to correspondence;
• Participating in contract negotiations with contractors;
• Providing legal supervision of internal projects.;
• Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex commercial agreements, ensuring they align with company policies and regulatory requirements;
• Managing the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights;
• Collaborating with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to financial regulations and laws in all operational territories.

Requirements:

• Completed law degree;
• Knowledge of law in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology;
• Professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus;
• Ability to work both in a team and independently;
• Good command of English and Polish - minimum C1 (both spoken and written);
• Commitment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
