Global Head of Communications

The TON Foundation is looking to hire a Global Head of Communications.

This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity.

Start date: ASAP. This is a full time job.

The TON Foundation is an organization that exists to advance The Open Network blockchain and related products. TON was designed by Nikolai Durov in 2017, and for the first several years of its existence it was developed by the Telegram team. In 2020, the TON project was handed over to the TON foundation for further development and advancement. Learn more at ton.org, and at t.me/toncoin.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all editorial surfaces, including channels, blog posts, release notes, copy, videos, creative, newsletters.
• Production and commissioning of written work, graphics, and video.
• Develop our burgeoning SMM and Community Management teams to nurture healthy communities across dozens of countries
• Routing and responding to press inquiries, making sure journalists on deadline get the information they need to cover TON and its developments.
• Represent the TON foundation in the media and at conferences worldwide.

You have:

• Experience building and running a communications team for high-growth crypto entities. (Former founders welcome to apply as well)
• A demonstrated track record of success establishing and nurturing healthy communities of crypto enthusiasts
• Experience building global teams
• Colleagues around the world that can provide glowing references to your professionalism and work ethic
• English as your first language, proficiency in other languages a plus
• A desire not only to manage, but to get your hands dirty, produce copy

• The salary range for this position starts at $120,000 annual. It varies based on candidate fit.
