Operations/Communications Manager

Thorstarter is a liquidity relayer and IDO platform for THORChain.

Thorstarter is a protocol for relaying liquidity between Thorchain network and long tail crypto assets. Our technology - XRUNE will act as a settlement currency between new projects (IDOs) and Thorchains’ active pools.

We believe that the existing functionality of XRUNE can be used to power the next generation of ThorFi.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Operations Manager to plan with communications, investor/team comms, marketing, PR and general admin work pre/post launch.

This is an all-around kind of job as we are pre-launch. Successful hire will need to wear many hats until the settle into their role.

This is a remote full time position. Strong preference given to applicants that understand the requirements of being part of an early startup team.

If you’re looking for a side hustle or easy crypto job this probably isn’t a good fit.

This is a brand new opening for someone who has:

• Several years experience in management positions (either startups, crypto)
• Strong communication skills
• Strong understanding of general crypto and DeFi
• 2-3 years experience in startup marketing

What You Need for this Position

• Systematic approach to work, project management skills, ability to manage own time and work under deadlines.
• Comfort with numbers and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent accuracy & analytical skills.
• Solid communication skills - be able to communicate clearly, concisely and listen well.
