We are looking for a recruiter to help us scale our team across all business units.

You have a strong interest in crypto, data, and finance. In addition, you’re excited to work in a fast-paced start-up environment where there are always new projects and challenges. Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around making sure we have the right talent to grow the business, understand the objectives and challenges we are facing, and ensure a smooth experience for applicants.

Responsibilities

• Build out a hiring pipeline according to present and future hiring needs
• Compile and maintain a list of open positions
• Communicate around job postings to attract talents
• Build a university hiring strategy including for full-time hires and internship opportunities
• Help shape and propagate company culture throughout the organization
• Assess applicants’ experience, skills and knowledge
• Screen applicants and conduct interviews

What you Need to Have

• Between 2-5 years of experience
• Experience with recruitment processes and conducting interviews
• Experience assessing technical profiles
