Technical Recruiter

About this role

Set’s mission is to accelerate the adoption of an internet financial system. To do so, it developed the leading crypto asset management protocol on Ethereum and has launched the Index Coop, the leading decentralized provider of exchange-traded products and one of the most active communities in DeFi.

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Technical Recruiter to join us and help grow our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced and collaborative environment

What you’ll achieve:

• Deliver a world-class candidate experience by being an advocate for the candidate
• Be responsible for facilitating the entire candidate interview process in a timely manner including scheduling interviews
• Help us build our funnel of candidates by building relationships with industry organizations as well as prospective candidates
• Provide follow-up correspondence with a sense of urgency to candidates on recruiting statusAct as the admin for our ATS Greenhouse, including updating candidate records, tracking recruiting activities, managing prospects and posting jobs; become a Greenhouse expert and share your expertise and tips with the team
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams
• Identify opportunities for improvement of the candidate experience and scheduling efficiencies
• Assist with other Talent Acquisition projects and activities as assigned; (i.e: create candidate resources, make improvements to our applicant tracking system, help with reporting, and more)

What you bring:

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination in a fast-paced environment; 3+ years of experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
• Process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
• Experience and proficiency in Google Suite and ATS like Greenhouse, Lever, etc.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Self-starter with an incredible work ethic

Even better if you have:

• An interest in DeFi and/or crypto
• Worked as a recruiter at a startup before
