Talent Acquisition Specialist

stakefish is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our team!

Long story short, stakefish is an international non-custodial staking provider. We are securing multiple PoS blockchains, including Cosmos and Tezos. We just launched Eth2 staking services and currently managing 170k ETH on the beaconchain. We are a highly distributed team with team members from more than 10 different timezones.

In this role you will oversee our full-cycle recruiting. In this role you will need to be creative and innovative to find the right people to come work with us!

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Source potential candidates through various channels and methods
• Develop long-term recruiting strategies and processes
• Plan screening calls, interviews, and assessments
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns

Is this you?

• Proven work experience in a similar role, recruiting for a variety of positions (engineering, product, design, operations, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Creativity and flexibility when sourcing talent
• Comfortable with ambiguity, able to take charge and get things done despite the unknowns
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
