Business Operations & Strategy Manager

Our global network is comprised of users, traders, market makers, and marketing affiliates. As an operations specialist, your focus is to drive growth through business development, lead generation, marketing, partnerships, customer support, and community management.

Responsibilities:

• Scale operational flows such as market marking, rebalancing, and trader onboarding, and trading strategy launches
• Designing operational pipelines such as onboarding and account management
• Drive product clarity across customer channels and community management
• Authoring marketing, informational, and technical materials for traders, developers, partners, market makers, etc.
• Interfacing with third parties such as wallets, technology partners, and marketing firms to push forward partnerships / integrations and actualize growth opportunities

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in an operations or growth role at a startup, trading, tech company, or consulting firm
• You have strong communication and written skills
• You have high attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills
• You work well with autonomy and can drive new initiatives

Even Better If You:

• 4 years of experience in an operations or growth role at a startup, trading, tech company, or consulting firm
• Proficiency with SQL or spreadsheet modeling
• Demonstrable knowledge of blockchain technology
• Prior experience with fintech or financial services
