Responsibilities

• Manage the company cash flow, invoice our customers, ensure payroll runs weekly and pay any third party services we use.
• Procurement — order new computers, desks and other materials as we expand.
• Human resources — manage the onboarding of new employees, act as a resource for any of our employees to reach out and improve their experience working with the team.
• As we expand, we’ll need you to work with brokers to coordinate finding and signing leases for new, larger office spaces.
• Work alongside accountants to ensure they’re up to date on all of the cash flows in the company.

Preferences

• Proven knowledge and interest in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and DeFi space.
• Background and experience running operational affairs for another company.
• Self-starter with a creative, strategic, and enthusiastic drive.
• Solutions-minded and data-driven with the ability to work efficiently and automate tasks.
