DAO Operations Lead

Who we are

Reflexer Labs is building RAI, a real stablecoin that does not have a fixed peg to any particular value. We are decentralized money fanatics on a mission to create a stable and secure foundation for the Ethereum DeFi ecosystem. Our objective for RAI is to be a widely used collateral type for other DeFi projects, including crypto-dollars. By imbuing RAI with autonomy and minimizing governance, we aspire to build a financial system that outlives us—a money god. The next stage in RAI’s story is to surround it with a DAO that can push the money god influence across the whole DeFi industry.

Who you are

Reflexer is a young project, so we’re looking for someone who’s willing to get their hands dirty and occasionally go above and beyond what their job description says on paper. Our ideal candidate is:

• DeFi enthusiast, familiar with MakerDAO
• Independent, organized, and accountable
• Experiences with working in or leading operations in a DAO
• DeFi power user
• Security-minded
• A team player

Responsabilities

• Discuss and process treasury management proposals for the DAO
• Help screen and onboard new members in the project and DAO so they take care of other areas where we lack people
• Map out the project roadmap to bring more integrations for RAI
• Sync with our community manager and BD lead to organize AMAs with community leaders
• Ensure we have fresh graphic design to promote our events and integrations
• Memes. Make lots and lots of them
• Curate our community calendar with various events and planned articles
• Post bounties for the community to help you run the DAO
• Write articles highlighting our progress and pushing forward the RAI narrative
• Sync with community leaders building RAI friendly forks and cross-promote our projects
• Participate in AMAs and other DeFi events ln behalf of the DAO
• Think through our incentives program meant to help boost RAI adoption and propose changes
• Process payroll for DAO members
• Go above and beyond running operations for the Reflexer DAO

Expectations

• Experience working in DAOs, ideally in an operations role managing other members
• (Optional) experience running a grants program for a crypto protocol
• Visible track record of building an early DAO/leading an early team

Compensation

Salary compensation is expected to be slightly below market rate with long-term incentive alignment coming from vesting allocation.

• $144-150K per year
• 0.45-0.65% equity
