Operations Assistant

RealT is the first company to issue tokenized real estate on a blockchain! RealT has tokenized numerous properties, and is quickly growing both its supply of available properties, and its demand from customers. In order to help scale demand, an internal Operations Assistant is needed to take on some of the regular tasks required each day for the maintenance of the company.

If you are interested in the world of DeFi, Open Finance, Ethereum applications, tokenized real world assets, and security tokens, then this is the job for you!

This is an on-site position, located in Boca Raton, Florida.

The Operations Assistant will manage the day-to-day tasks of RealT. This includes:

• Processing incoming orders
• Sending documents for signature
• Reviewing customer account status
• Managing the customer support portal and email
• Managing the 3rd party accounts of the company
• Managing the social media accounts of the company

The Operations Assistant will work directly under the Chief of Operations and will work as a team to make the internal operations of the company as efficient and seamless as possible.

Good candidates will have the following skills:

• The ability to leverage Etherscan.io as a tool
• Comfortability with sending cryptocurrency transactions through MetaMask or other interfaces
• Diligence and organizational abilities to keep the state of orders flowing and timely
• Comprehension of the Ethereum ecosystem and its various capabilities and features
