RGG recently made headlines by creating NFT art for boxing legend Floyd Mayweather which was the number one seller on Rarible.com in June 2021 and has now signed a number of worldwide licenses to create new exclusive NFT art.

Objectives of this Role

RGG are looking for a Project Manager to run their brand-new “NFT Art” department. This role will be responsible for producing and managing NFT Art launches across multiple brands from start to finish.

This position requires a combination of project management, client relationship management, and execution capabilities. You will work with the development team on both technical and creative aspects to ensure a successful launch across multiple NFT marketplaces and clients.

As this a brand-new department within the company, you will be expected to craft and implement processes and enable all team members to spend their time on what they do best. You will need to enjoy being hands on. The role will demand that you think creatively, work collaboratively, and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Recruit and negotiate commercial terms with external artists
• Coordinate activities and communicate with external artists
• Work with team to develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Cooperate with cross functional teams (sales, development, marketing) in order to complete high-level assignments
• Work with external marketplaces to secure the prime sales spots for products
• Support the release plan of new products, updates, and features. This includes working directly with Cofounders, Dev team, Design, Marketing, and Integrations to ensure all team members are aligned on the launch requirements, timelines, and post-release monitoring.
• Build data analysis and monitoring dashboards to monitor adoption and sales metrics to product-specific usage which you will use to help guide the team’s strategic decisions and priorities.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
• Have experience with working with NFT marketplaces such as Opensea and Rarible
• Have experience with art designers and creators
• Keen experience with NFTs, Defi, blockchain
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a decentralised and remotely operating organization
• Experience in creative backgrounds
• Excellent customer service skills with record of developing strong client partnerships
• Superb organisational and analytical skills
• Be a self-starter, confident, energetic, and creative
• Flexible attitude, ability to adapt to quickly changing circumstances and work priorities in a timely manner
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent written and well-spoken English language
