You will be joining a highly technical team that has deep knowledge of trading, and values shipping beautiful, usable products. We are early adopters in a nascent space, and are continuously laying the groundwork and raising the bar of the decentralized trading standard.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s entire recruiting process, from role definition and candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Build a consistent pipeline of candidates through a variety of sourcing channels and programs.
• Have a high impact on company culture as we grow, by filling the company with exceptional and motivated teammates.

Requirements

• You’ve recruited and built entire cross-functional teams, preferably in a high growth startup environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Passion for crypto and blockchain technology or high interest.
