The Role
- Responsible for the overall organizational structure of the project.
- Responsible for planning and executing projects and events in a timely fashion and within budget.
- Organizing and leading team meetings.
- Managing the rest of the team, by guiding and ensuring tasks and responsibilities of other team members are being executed upon.
