About the opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Co-Founder & Business/Product lead to drive an emerging token launch platform for a standalone Launchpad business within our portfolio.

The platform has been incubated by a group of leading web3 companies now poised for significant growth with a working MVP, community traction and significant resources secured.

As the Business + Product Co-Founder, you will spearhead the next phase of development for the token launch platform. From defining the company structure to sourcing projects and generating revenue, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the platform’s success.

About the role

With a live-tested MVP, an already incorporated legal set up, over 1800 users registered, and a pipeline of 5 projects to launch, this platform is ready for rapid growth. The role will be focused on developing relationships with projects looking to launch, growing the community and transforming the organization into a decentralized network.

You will be supporting token launches for emerging web3 projects, developing a network of partners, and building a community of web3 believers to incubate the next wave of digital assets.

The project has been incubated by Outlier, FractalID, Subvisual and a number of other partners in the web3 ecosystem, and with established traction, we are now recruiting a co-founder.

This is an organized, connector role, that will be the engine room of our team pulling together resources both within and outside the core organization.

Core responsibilities

• Leadership - define the company operating structure and establish a hiring plan for the core team, ensuring alignment with our vision and objectives.
• Business development - Source, evaluate, and onboard projects onto the platform, fostering a diverse and innovative ecosystem.
• Product - Collaborate with building partners to refine the platform’s vision and product mechanics, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Commercial - Identify opportunities to generate revenue and evolve the platform into a self-sustaining decentralized organization.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a founder of a web3 company or in managing web3 teams within larger organizations, with a track record of success.
• Experienced founder, builder or operator, capable of operating from zero to one
• Proven ability to build a crypto-native team, attract customers and investors
• Familiarity with token launch, fundraising, or crowdfunding platforms, with a deep understanding of the crypto landscape.
• A clear vision for the opportunity (including product direction) - with the drive and expertise to execute on it
• Established public presence in the web3/crypto space, demonstrating thought leadership and a strong network within the community.
• Evidence of thriving in ambiguous environments and a high aptitude for calculated risks
