This role will require that you be based in Europe, ideally in Berlin, so you can be in close proximity to the project’s leadership. We are open to supporting you if you are not based in the EU but prepared to move here for the role.

The role

Working full time in DeFi is a fast paced career, and in order for mStable to ship at an agile and competitive cadence, someone needs to keep track of all the moving pieces. This will require you to be plugged into each of the project’s working groups to ensure nothing falls through at critical moments like new feature launches or product upgrades. It will also involve you crafting BAU operational processes and frameworks to ensure the operations team more broadly can excel. We’re looking for someone with an operations or management background who’s ready for a new challenge to take on these responsibilities.

About you

• You’ve at least 3 years experience working in a tech or corporate environment
• You’re passionate or intensely curious about crypto and DeFi
• You feel comfortable being a generalist, and are ready to problem solve in flexible
• ways
• You are able to be a focal point in a team
• You are process driven and comfortable working with others remotely
• You are based in Europe, or willing and able to move there for the role

What you’ll do

As Operations Lead, you will coordinate and liaise with each of mStable’s working groups to ensure that they have the processes, resources, and support to deliver in their respective areas. These working groups cover:

• Accounting and finances (both on and off-chain)
• Marketing and Communications
• Community
• The technical team (led by our VP of engineering)
• Business Development
• Non-technical hiring
• The DAOs, their catherders, and signers

Nice to have

• Functional fluency in German
• Experience working in DeFi
• An existing network in crypto

Compensation

• Competitive USD salary: c.100k USD p.a.
• Generous $MTA token allocation, vested over 3 years
