Operations Lead

Join us in our mission to empower 3D creators to build the metaverse! We’re looking for an experienced Operations Lead to join MetaMundo, where you’ll help plan and deliver MetaMundo’s priority project and help the team scale. You’ll be part of a talented, collaborative team that values trust, creativity, openness and ownership.

You’ll be:

• Supporting the founders with owning key business processes to deliver on the team’s strategy and OKRs
• Managing important key projects that help generate revenue for the company and ensuring we deliver on-time
• Focusing on process excellence, thinking about how can we become 10x more effective in our execution and delivery and champion process improvements
• Manage key Finance & HR business processes
• Fine-tune processes for successfully onboarding new creators and partners
• Supporting with marketing operations - overseeing the planning and delivery of MetaMundo and Creator marketing campaigns, ensuring our creators have successful product launches
• Supporting with insights and reporting on the impact of campaigns and commissioned projects
• Hiring processes - sourcing talent, structuring interview processes, supporting with onboarding

Requirements

What you have:

• 5+ years in an operations manager and/or senior project management roles
• Very strong execution skills, hands-on attitude, you love to get things done
• A strong track record of successfully leading operational excellence in tech organisations
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage project budgets effectively
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure with careful attention to detail
• Ability to problem-solve on the fly and prioritise ruthlessly to reach the organisations objectives and maximise ROI
• Excellent English communication skills, you’re comfortable coordinating across the team and external stakeholders
• A collaborative, supportive, team-player mindset
• Strong interest in web3, the metaverse and/or NFTs
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote startup environment
• Ambition and motivation to play an important role in building the open Metaverse
• Experience collaborating with product, marketing and creative counterparts

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working on NFT projects
• Your fluent in Slack, Notion, Google Suite and/or Discord
