The Role

The Sales Operations Manager role calls for a generalist who is comfortable taking an objective and executing on it with a high level of autonomy. The successful candidate will likely have experience in a sales/client/customer operations role within CeFi or DeFi in which you’ve built a track record of delivering exceptional customer success. You will help develop and foster relationships with prospective institutional clients, while proactively cultivating relationships with existing ones. You’ll be joining an exceptional team on this exciting journey to transform global capital markets and play an integral role supporting Maples users and internal stakeholders. The role will require you to communicate persuasively with external stakeholders and coordinate with across teams at all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Keep up to date with market activities and keep in touch with clients, checking-in to make sure all needs are met
• Service, and promote Maple Finance capital markets infrastructure with institutions, funds, HNWs and other protocols.
• Maintain and create well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports
• Deliver a best-in-class client onboarding experience; while monitoring issues, and identifying trends from customer feedback
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Technology teams to continuously improve the customer experience
• Producing documents for external stakeholders including pitch decks, modelling and business memos which deliver complex analysis, insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
• Outreach and establishing relationships with potential partners and users of Maple Finance

Requirements

• A client facing Ops background in fintech or Crypto
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to communicate with influence
• Experience taking qualitative or quantitative insights from research or data and turning them into actionable recommendations
• Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English communication
• Strong numeracy skills
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Demonstrated ability to organise, plan and prioritise to deliver a complex project
• Accountable with a strong sense of ownership and who thrives under pressure
• Track record of working with team members from across a business to coordinate the execution of projects
