The Role

We are looking for an organised, hard-working, and composed Executive Assistant to help support our Founders and Senior Leadership. The Executive Assistant will provide support to our CEO and his CoFounder in the execution of their day to day duties. This will involve comprehensive administrative support with both their external duties including public events, personal meetings and travel, also internal operations like HR/People, team functions and office management for a fully remote team. Over all you’ll touch every part of Maples inner and outer workings, having significant, tangible impact on the success of Maples execution of it’s short, mid and long term goals.

Responsibilities

• Act as gatekeeper, scheduler, and organised administrator to Maples Founders to ensure their days run smoothly
• Handle travel arrangements with detailed itineraries
• Maintain organised records of administrative and operational activities
• Act as liaison between them internal functions and their external networks
• Drive team efficiency by planning and implementing agile office systems and processes, focusing specifically on success in a remote work environment
• Procure equipment and administrative systems needed to facilitate task-completion and coordination
• Support events management as needed to execute in-house or off-site activities, e.g. team events, dinners, or conferences
• Assist with the onboarding of new team members

Requirements

• Highly organised and detail-oriented individual
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Calm and poised demeanor
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Robust technology skills; MS Office, Google Suite, etc
• 2-5 years experience working in Administrative, Operations, or Project Management roles
• Interest in the future of blockchain technology and web3 preferred
