Headquarters (HQ.xyz) is the unified finance management platform for Web3 teams.

The platform aggregates data across crypto-wallets and banking accounts to enable Web3 teams to gain full visibility of their finances. With crypto and fiat rails integrated into one platform, crypto-native teams can have an organized and compliant financial back-office, including making payables, reconciling transactions and balances, and bookkeeping and accounting.

In Q3 2022, HQ.xyz announced a $5M pre-seed round co-led by MassMutual Ventures, Crypto.com Capital, and Forge Ventures, with participation from other funds including Longhash Ventures, DWF Labs, January Capital, FEBE, FJ Labs, and Web3 operators such as the co-founders of Nansen & Etherscan.

Operations Intern

The Operations Intern will support the team in projects that improve business processes and efficiency. You will be a hands-on team member and learn to sharpen your problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the management team to deliver on internal projects that support building a strong & sustainable company.
• Support the planning and execution of key projects.
• Build processes to deliver on tasks spanning across multiple functions, including Operations, Finance, Legal/Compliance - e.g. employee onboarding, financial reporting & management.
• Testing new products & features that help improve internal processes & productivity.

Requirements

• Background in Accounting/Finance/Legal will be an advantage but not required
• Problem-solver - forward thinking and ability to solve problems independently
• Entrepreneurial mindset - Proactive and hands-on, with a bias towards action
• Possess grit, tenacity, and adaptability to perform within a start-up environment
• Strong communication skills to liaise with relevant stakeholders
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Docs (especially Google Sheets)
• Interest in blockchain technology, Web3 solutions
