Requirements:
- 3+ Years of Third-Party Risk Management assessment experience
- A CRISC, CISA, CISM, or RIMS-CRMP certification.
- Being a proven leader & outside-the-box thinker
- Ability to be flexible with changing requirements
- A high degree of emotional intelligence
- Willingness to learn technical aspects of blockchain and cybersecurity
- Demonstrated experience building/maintaining successful and sustainable reporting programs
- Exceptional writing, research, and analysis skills
- Ability to show advanced understanding of risk identification, risk assessments, and risk reporting as part of a larger enterprise risk management (ERM) system
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate to all levels of the organization, familiarity with standard qualitative & quantitative risk assessment processes
- In-depth knowledge of control frameworks
Responsibilities
- Research, develop and execute processes for our select clients in need of security-focused risk assessment and due diligence services.
- Become a subject matter expert on DAO / distributed consensus, governance, and the risks associated with them.
- Become a subject matter expert on digital asset custody and key management technology.
- Conducting audits of governance policies, digital custody, key management systems, and the security practices of clients’ protocols.
- Contribute to building the monitoring and testing plans for the company’s technical operations.
- Establish a system for the monitoring and testing activities to check the effectiveness of the on-call staff supporting risk and compliance operations.
