About the role

We have just closed a Seed round and we are currently seeking a People & Culture Manager to join and help us building from scratch our full-remote fast growing startup.

In particular, the People & Culture Manager will:

• Design and implement our recruitment strategy
• Manage the entire recruitment funnels, from leads acquisitions to signing contracts
• Design and oversee our onboarding process for new hires
• Collaborate with the leadership team to define organizational and hiring needs, while defining growth paths, KPIs, and goals for team members
• Serve as a Business Partner, coach, mentor, and advisor for our business owners on all things HR-related
• Manage and evolve our performance and compensation review process
• Define and implement our Culture strategy to strength the company
• Manage P&C budgets and reports

You:

• Are curious about the blockchain industry and fond of technology have 3/5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth company
• Have excellent communication and people skills and experience working cross-functionally
• Have ability to multitask, project management, and prioritize tasks with autonomy
