Community Operations Specialist

About this role

This is a broad position for someone technically inclined and with a strong interest in crypto, although you won’t need to be able to be a proficient programmer. You will need a good understanding of the crypto/DeFi/NFT space, familiarity with the key players in the space, and we will train you to become a HAL ninja - you’ll need to learn our platform inside out to support our community and drive development for our clients.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and increase engagement with our online community, and foster a positive sentiment towards the HAL brand
• Technical assistance: help troubleshooting issues for our clients and users
• Business development: understand clients business needs and propose solutions based on the HAL platform
• Technical development: implement and deploy business solutions based on the HAL platform

Requirements

• Experience with, or strong interest in, cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
• Willingness to dive into the details of Ethereum and other blockchains
• Technical mindset - some coding experience, or willingness to learn, is a big plus
• Creative, collaborative, flexible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
