About Gnosis Safe and the team
Gnosis Safe is our unique digital asset management solution currently being built for Web, Android and iOS currently used to manage more than $100B in digital assets. For more information about Gnosis Safe, check out our website.
You’ll be joining a growing team that currently includes 25+ people. Most of our team is based in Berlin (Germany), but we also have awesome teammates in A Coruna (Spain) and Lisbon (Portugal). The HR&Ops team currently consists of one in-house HR Manager and external recruitment agency, but we are actively growing the team. Join us!
About the Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager you will have full ownership over our recruitment process, employer brand and long-term talent acquisition strategy.
You will be our first in-house hire for the Recruitment team, which will give you a lot of freedom to influence our long-term recruitment process.
To build a strong recruitment process, you will need to:
- Own the full recruitment cycle: from identifying channels and active search to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to drive initiatives to make a strong Employer Brand of the Safe team
- Being a mentor to our team when it comes to the recruitment best practices: share knowledge, create guidelines, etc.
- Do a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the recruitment process and suggest/implement ideas accordingly
Examples of positions you will work on.
Tools we use: Greenhouse, G Suite, Calendly, Gitbook (internal Wiki), Slack.
What you bring:
- You have work experience as a recruiter for technical positions, including active search (i.e. using LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, etc.)
- Interest and excitement about Employer Brand topic
- Experience or theoretical understanding on how to create a talent acquisition strategy
- Experience educating team on the recruitment topics
- Self-driven attitude, to be a catalyst for changes in the recruitment and employer brand topics
- Fluent English
Is a plus:
- Experience working with Greenhouse
- Blockchain knowledge
- Experience working with startups
