Remote Corporate Lawyer (MSB & Crypto Business Formation)

We are three sister companies—AdamSmith Law Office (Lithuania) and Eesti Firma OÜ (Estonia)—specializing in commercial law and accounting. With offices in Estonia, Lithuania, and the Czech Republic, we provide a full range of business services, from company incorporation and financial licensing to tax audit support and legal representation.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an independent Corporate Lawyer to join our international team. The role is remote and involves assisting clients—primarily from the European Union, Asia, and occasionally Latin America—in setting up businesses and obtaining financial licenses, particularly in the MSB (Money Services Business) and crypto sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with company formation and legal structuring;
• Providing legal support on corporate and financial law matters;
• Managing applications for financial licenses on behalf of clients;
• Drafting, reviewing, and coordinating legal documentation;
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Maintaining accurate legal records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Law degree (Bachelor’s or higher);
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and financial law;
• Understanding of MSB and cryptocurrency regulations is a significant advantage;
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely;
• Excellent command of English (C1 or higher);
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
