Description:

The International Human Resources (HR) Manager will lead the development, implementation and coordination of human resource plans and manage the implementation of human resource programs.

The International HR Manager will manage all aspects of International HR, including employee recruitment, compensation research, compensation negotiation, employee relations, development and implementation of policies and procedures, recruiting support, and country-specific handbooks maintenance. Additionally, the International HR Manager will work with different teams to assist recruitment and maintain the roster of international experts for projects and proposals.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a field relevant to Human Resources.
  • Three (3) years as an HR generalist with at least two (2) years of experience in international HR management.
  • Solid working knowledge of best practices in all HR functions including international recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee relations, learning and development, human resource information systems.
  • Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business.
  • Experience with managing compensation as well as performance management systems.
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred, but not required:

Experience in Blockchain or Cryptocurrency Marketing A user of crypto for many years

    • Speak with managers to get in an depth understanding of what their recruitment requirements are
    • Review resumes
    • Interview candidates and Service providers
    • Research human resources providers
  • Arrange interview times with managers
  • Negotiate salaries with candidates
  • Research salary range for different positions
  • Create and Manage HR programs to maintain team morale and retention
  • Coordinate working schedules
  • Arrange holiday schedules
