Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated Growth and Operations Manager who has a strong understanding of the crypto space and is an avid user of DeFi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building a well-functioning company and will play a crucial role in expanding our reach by establishing valuable partnerships with other DeFi protocols and leading our integration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the growth strategy and operational efficiency of Clip Finance.
• Identify and develop relationships with potential partners in the DeFi space to foster collaborations and integrations.
• Understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
• Lead and execute projects that enhance our platform’s offerings and user experience.
• Work cross-functionally with different teams to align on growth objectives and operational goals.
• Experience and a good understanding of running the company’s internal processes and operations.
• Good grasp of accounting foundations like p&l, financial reporting & bookkeeping.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the crypto and DeFi markets to inform strategic decisions.
