ChainSafe Systems is currently seeking a full-time Junior Operations Manager in Berlin to join our Operation Team. Our company is growing fast, and with both a clear vision and strong values, we are the industry leaders in designing and developing scalable solutions for the decentralized web.

The office manager will be responsible for the general operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing general office operation.
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Arranging external cleaners and Sourcing furniture
- Managing Vendor Relationships (Internet, Locksmiths, Contractors to install kitchen/Washrooms)
- Managing receipts/expenses related to office
- Handling/Scanning/Directing Mail to proper channels (accountants, lawyers,
- Maintaining order and cleanliness of office (with external service providers)
- Preparing incoming invoices for accounting, keeping records, preparing reports, and archiving invoices
- Supplying groceries, toiletries, office material, and everything else needed for the office on a weekly or monthly basis
- Supplying and keeping records of employee equipment; doing periodical inventory
- Administrative and related support services to the rest of the organization
Qualifications
- Extended experience in office administration in a similar position
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience executing operational initiatives with solid business judgment
- German and English Language Proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Adaptability, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of business and financial concepts
- Quick learner; willing to dive in and get their hands dirty
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct analysis, and make strategic recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with uncertainty
