HRBP/HR Generalist

Responsibility

Recruitment (50%)

• Work closely with hiring managers to manage the end-to-end recruiting process: defining job requirements, sourcing strategy, screening method, interviewing, feedback collection, negotiating offers and closing positions.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
• Manage multiple sourcing channels, including direct search, recruiting platforms, agencies, etc.
• Provide timely and accurate suggestions to hiring managers and update talent market analysis when necessary.
• Support to build a strong employer branding and create an exceptional candidate experience.
• Continuously improve all aspects of the workflows and processes to optimize efficiency.

HRBP/HR generalist (50%)

• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as onboarding/off-boarding, leaves and compensation and resolve issues that may arise
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and support development company’s performance management system, such as performance review, compensation & benefits system review, talent management, etc.
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rate. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations in local country

Requirements

• 3-7 years proven work experience in related HR functions, including recruitment and HRBP/HR generalist.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple projects and can work independently.
• Organized and Detail-oriented, and result driven.
