Job description

1. Lead recruiting efforts including but not limited to reviewing job descriptions, job postings, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and background checks, etc.
2. Providing trusted advice to the team by using diverse interviewing and assessment techniques to validate candidate experience levels.
3. Facilitates day-to-day HR responsibilities, including on-boarding/off-boarding, handling employment and benefit-related queries, providing support to employees, etc.

Qualification

1. 3 years of recruiting experience
2. Knowledge/experience in cryptocurrency/blockchain a plus
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong organizational skills and multitasking skills
5. Degree holder from a renowned university
