HR Generalist

The 21Shares suite of ETPs has simplified access to crypto for both institutional and retail investors in the traditional finance community. In a similar fashion, Amun aims to provide tokens that will make it easy for the crypto community to access sophisticated strategies that are not otherwise readily available in this space. Our investment in superior technology and automation has enabled us to both release products, as well as work directly with top organizations including the Bitcoin Cash Foundation, Bitcoin Suisse, Binance, Bitwise, Coinbase, FlowTraders, Sygnum, and the Tezos Foundation as launch partners or customers of Onyx, our full stack issuance platform.

The Role

Amun 21Shares is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented person to join our People team as an HR Generalist. This person will be tasked with delivering a top-notch employee experience, while helping facilitate the development of efficient operational processes across the HR function. The role will report directly to the VP of People.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding

• Work with IT and Finance to ensure proper set up in advance of start date
• In partnership with hiring managers, help develop onboarding schedules for each new employe
• Act as their primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process.
• Operationalize the onboarding plan for each new hire

Recruiting

• Support recruitment needs by helping to schedule candidate interviews across open roles
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure adequate followup and updates are given to all candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist VP of People with managing job boards and postings, applicant tracking, candidate screens, etc.
• Provide a world-class candidate experience to all of our candidates

HR

• Provide employee support as necessary
• Guide employees to appropriate resources as needed
• Help drive HR initiatives and projects as assigned
• Model and reinforce our cultural values

This person must be based in Zurich.
