Last week, I had the opportunity to speak with The Information about the crypto job market.

What’s happening right now is that everyone is hiring across roles. The DeFi and NFT spaces lead the demand for crypto talent. But non-crypto companies – financial institutions, FinTech, gaming, social, etc. – are entering the industry more publicly and looking for crypto-natives to add to their teams.

This increase in demand has been growing throughout the year despite crypto prices being down from their all-time highs, which is great to see.

There’s never been a better time to join the crypto space.
