Head of Marketing

Zunami Protocol is the company that developing a decentralized income aggregator to help stablecoin holders always keep money in the most profitable place. We do this by rebalancing assets into the best pools daily. This method has been shown to increase our users’ income by more than 30%. Unlike Yearn and Convex, we have simplified the UX by only using the one most profitable pool in the market.

Now we are looking for the Head of Marketing. This is a full-time position that can be remote from any location and timezone (CIS/EU preference). With candidates that have experience in top 10 DeFi projects (such as liqudity pools or AMM’s) we are ready to consider part-time job as a mentor.

Responsibilities:

Driving Global Brand Positioning & Awareness:

• Analysis of the market and target audience. Building a long-term marketing strategy. Planning advertising campaigns and testing hypotheses. Preparing report.
• Influencer marketing. Selection and analytics of bloggers/channels.
• Business development. Strategy development, search for key partners, negotiation.
• Work with contractors. Search for performers, setting tasks and monitoring their implementation.
• Managing a marketing budget. Planning and control, cost optimization, reporting.

Community Growth Management:

• Partner with design, product, and engineering teams on user acquisition incentives, including new user rewards, referral rewards, and more (ambassador program, incentivized testnet).
• Responsible for the preparation of content for the social networks of the project: search for performers, setting tasks and monitoring their implementation.
• Managing a community team.
• Managing a marketing budget. Planning and control, cost optimization, reporting.

Work Experience:

• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy for crypto projects in international markets and the CIS.
• Building a loyal community for crypto projects.
• Managing a marketing team.
