Senior / Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and become a part of company that strives in innovation, sustainability, green-solutions, technology, gaming and a the first of its kind MetaVerse and help contribute to the strategy and execution that will acquire new customers and grow customer base across all brands and regions.

Responsibilities:

• Developing strategies for user acquisition and content marketing to generate leads and grow company’s customer base.
• Creating, implementing, and driving campaigns through various media channels and platforms with a focus on Social Media and emerging performance marketing channels.
• Overseeing and managing user acquisition campaigns – branding, content marketing, retargeting - to reach, engage, grow and acquire potential customers with a strong focus on associated KPIs.
• Implementing user segmentation to improve targeting, increase relevance of product solutions to potential customers during outreach and ultimately conversion rates and revenues.
• Coordinating the creation of necessary creatives and other marketing collaterals with in-house teams or 3rd party vendors in a timely fashion.
• Collaborating closely with key executives and managers to align user acquisition activities with other business functions.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Able to work remotely

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in paid search, display, social ads implementation and digital content distribution.
• Experience in eCommerce/FinTech/Ad Agency businesses and transactional consumer businesses is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in running branding and direct response campaigns on Social Media platforms
• Experience in running customer acquisition campaigns
• Competency in Excel, data analyses and visualization.
• Proven ability to work in global business, within a matrix structure and experience of working with a culturally and geographically diverse team.
• Fluent in English and Chinese/Vietnamese/Russian will be a plus as the role will have a market focus in the America and East European market.
• Experience in one of the fields such as Blockchain, Defi, GameFI, Metaverse, EVMs is a must however in more fields would be a great advantage
• Additional marketing certifications are a plus
