Zeta Markets is building the leading DeFi exchange and infrastructure for trading derivatives. Our mission is to provide the ecosystem with simple yet bulletproof methods to hedge risks and speculate on price movements. All this will create a safer and more robust DeFi ecosystem.

The Role:

Zeta is about to Launch! We aim to become the go to crypto options trading platform and are looking to hire a Marketing lead who will help us conquer the DeFi landscape and break into new markets. You will own developing and executing the content and marketing strategy for Zeta. Key to this will be managing social media channels, creating streams of content and organising campaigns to grow awareness about Zeta and grow our community. You will also work with the core team to develop and execute the growth strategy for Zeta.

Responsibilities:

• Defining and executing Zeta’s marketing strategy.
• Owning Zeta’s social media and content strategy and making Zeta accessible to a broad audience.
• Working closely with the core team to shape objectives and define strategic go-to-markets.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering and Business Development to create a holistic growth strategy.
• Plan events and identify opportunities to get Zeta in front of new and growing audiences.
• Organising and managing a community team to achieve the above objectives.
• Managing relationships with external partners, customers and agencies such as PR firms to organise and run marketing and community building campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of marketing experience in Crypto, FinTech or the Technology sector.
• A passion for content creation and storytelling.
• Experience strategizing and running marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across multiple organisations.
• Experience managing a team.

Highly Desirable Qualifications:

• Understanding of trading and derivatives, especially options and futures.
• Familiarity with Solana and/or Ethereum ecosystems.
• Knowledge of Chinese social media platforms.
