About the Role

As the Mobile Growth Manager you will focus on creating and executing a strategy to sustainably grow our mobile platforms by turbo charging retention and user acquisition. We are offering a unique opportunity for someone who is excited to break down DeFi complexity and make it accessible and fun for a broad, global audience.

In this hands-on role you will collaborate with our product and engineering teams to optimise user journeys and activation paths, experiment with innovative organic and paid campaigns, optimise our approach to app stores, social media platforms and search engines, and unlock distribution for Zapper through key partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate mobile user growth across multiple channels and tools, including app stores, social media platforms, paid campaigns, the Zapper website, partnerships, and referrals.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to optimise user activation and retention strategy using behavioural science techniques, user rewards and gamification.
• Develop and implement our attribution strategy to appropriately measure success across channels and manage our growth marketing tech stack and integrate all appropriate platforms.
• Develop and test messaging calendars and creative content to boost performance and enhance our brand.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• 5+ years experience in mobile growth marketing or similar marketing and GTM roles at a gaming or consumer tech company.

• Fluency with DeFi, NFTs, and Ethereum concepts and technology.
• Proven passion for educating users about new products and emerging technologies.
• A strong track record working in collaborative environments, wearing many hats and taking on a wide range of responsibilities.
• Experience developing and executing successful mobile growth-focused marketing strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience running large scale A/B testing across digital platforms.
