Go To Market Lead

Yield is building the Yield Protocol to bring fixed-rate lending and interest rate markets to decentralized finance. We have pioneered new ways to borrow and lend, pushing forward the state of the art in on-chain financial products and automated market makers.

We are looking for a Go to Market Lead to help us communicate and market the Yield protocol.

Responsibilities

• Own Yield’s marketing and content strategy to build the Yield brand and set us apart
• Collaborate with the team to create content to communicate Yield’s vision, from tweets to emails to blog posts
• Develop an integration strategy to grow protocol and user interface integrations
• Own Yield’s SEO strategy
• Proactively manage any PR opportunities
• Work closely with Community Manager to engage and grow the Yield community via Discord, Telegram, and Twitter
• Collaborate with Yield team to create communications plans for product rollouts and announcements
• Advocate for decentralized finance and the Yield vision of a better financial system

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing and community management, preferably in the crypto space
• Genuine interest and understanding of decentralized finance
• Proven track record of building a strong social media presence
• Ability to work independently in a start-up environment
• Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong initiative and attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills and English proficiency
