Community Manager

Yield is building the Yield Protocol to bring fixed-rate lending and interest rate markets to decentralized finance. We have pioneered new ways to borrow and lend, pushing forward the state of the art in on-chain financial products and automated market makers.

We are looking for an experienced community manager to help nurture and grow the community around the Yield Protocol.

Responsibilities

• Manage all communications with our community on Discord and other channels
• Assist users to get questions answered and manage support tickets
• Protect the community from spam, misinformation, and irrelevant posts
• Collaborate with Yield team on product rollouts and announcements
• Organize community events and community calls
• Advocate for decentralized finance and the Yield vision of a better financial system
• Coordinate community grants

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing and growing community channels, experience in DeFi a plus
• Genuine interest and understanding of decentralized finance
• Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong initiative and attention to detail
• Strong written communication skills and English proficiency
• Experience with Twitter, Discord, and Telegram and other social media channels
