About the Role

Are you a dynamic and strategic individual with a passion for fostering vibrant online communities and driving engagement and retention? Yat Labs is seeking a Community Growth Manager to spearhead the expansion and enrichment of our community ecosystem. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of Yat’s online presence and further solidify our position in the NFT and digital art space.

Your capacity for end-user empathy is noteworthy, and you possess the unique ability to envision and grasp the intricate dynamics of how individuals interact with products or services in digital assets.
• Infused with boundless curiosity, an open-minded outlook, and an unwaveringly positive demeanor, you embody the quintessential “people-person,” thriving on the art of making meaningful connections, empowering others, and providing unwavering support within the community fabric.
• Your unmistakable passion for community building and social media is complemented by your dedication to remaining well-versed in the latest tools and industry best practices, which you consistently apply. Your expertise extends to crafting captivating content that not only drives online traffic but also enhances visibility, all while adhering to deadlines and meeting specific style and project requirements.
• Your familiarity with diverse online communities on platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, etc., enables you to navigate these digital landscapes with ease, further amplifying your ability to connect and engage effectively.

What you’ll do:

• Community Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive community growth strategy that aligns with Yat Labs’ overall objectives. Identify target audiences, tailor engagement tactics, and implement initiatives to foster active participation and community expansion.
• Engagement Enhancement: Lead efforts to enhance user engagement across various platforms, including social media (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc.). Craft and implement engaging campaigns, challenges, and activities to spark meaningful interactions and deepen community connections.
• Content Planning: Collaborate with content creators to plan and produce compelling community-focused content. Leverage multimedia formats, including videos, articles, and infographics, to communicate Yat’s value proposition, showcase use cases, and encourage participation.
• User Support: Oversee community support channels, addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns from community members in a timely and empathetic manner. Identify recurring issues and relay insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
• Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, collaborations, and cross-promotional opportunities that contribute to community growth. Collaborate with influencers, artists, and relevant stakeholders to amplify Yat’s presence.
• Metrics and Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on community engagement metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and optimize growth efforts. Utilize data-driven approaches to track progress and adapt tactics accordingly.
• Events and Initiatives: Plan, organize, and execute virtual events, workshops, and webinars to foster community education and interaction. These initiatives will contribute to Yat Labs’ thought leadership and further engage the community.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, growth, or related roles within the blockchain, NFT, or digital art space.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated success in devising and executing community growth strategies.
• Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Creative thinking and a knack for developing engaging content and campaigns.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, NFTs, and emerging digital trends.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
