To accomplish this mission, we’ve built a simple set of tools that allow developers to materialize their projects. Our fiat-to-crypto Checkout gateway is now being used by hundreds of applications (like MetaMask, Opera, Brave, and BRD) to offer the easiest way to convert card payments into crypto. Our flexible White-Label Payment APIs (Transfers API, Custody API, and Users API), enable developers to build e-wallets, merchant processing services, and money transfer platforms from the ground up.

We focus on compliance, licensing, liquidity, banking, and payment processing services so our partners can do what they do best, creating amazing tools on the blockchain.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can identify marketing channels, solutions and ideas that will efficiently drive new developers to Wyre’s API’s, while maintaining a fun and creative atmosphere. If you are data-driven obsessed, with experience in fintech of crypto then this is a great opportunity to build out the growth function at a well funded, quickly growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Designing and performing experiments to drive marketing and growth to help us on our mission to bring crypto to the masses
• Work through the entire funnel from awareness, right down to retention to drive user acquisition and revenue growth
• Successfully drive CRM/email campaigns, design and lead rapid growth testing
• Constant and frequent experimentation of channels, AB testing, to drive the growth of Wyre’s product suite
• Track metrics and analyze data to optimize our marketing campaigns and ads.
• Uncover and leverage new emerging channels and opportunities to accelerate growth
• Driving impact on the KPIs with the team
• Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are reaching revenue objectives
• Communicating the projects and their outcomes across the business

Requirements

• Have 5+ years’ experience of working in a growth/marketing function with a track record of delivering success (ideally for a tech company or start-up)
• Proven track record of driving demand, growth and revenue
• Have B2B2C marketing experience at an early stage company
• You have a growth mindset – fast-paced, with continual experimentation and agile thinking
• Being data-driven and perform analysis of data to tell a story, drive campaigns and experiment with growth
• Experience of paid search, paid social, email marketing and content marketing
• Passionate about crypto and financial technology
