- Blockchain community, looking for ’legos’ - product functionality - that can easily be integrated into existing products and services. Blockchain projects can both bring users to their network, as well as bringing functionality that can be unlocked for the users of their network
Position:
A VP of Marketing would bring a level of organization, advocacy, and strategy to our clients’ marketing Org to support its continued evolution as a core node within the organization. They’ll focus their time on both helping level-up and improve the function of the marketing team’s various functions – Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Demand Generation, and MarkCom– as well as providing transparency and communication channels to the rest of the company to interface with marketing.
Recent experience marketing leadership for a mobile app in the following industries required: D2C for crypto currency, wifi, blockchain, Neo banking or FinTech.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of D2C mobile application marketing leadership experience at tech startups with multiple of audiences, in particular deep expertise with supporting both consumer and enterprise sales processes
- Deeply integrated in UX for a mobile app and a proven record in user acquisition and monetization
- Creating a marketing strategy and plans for multiple D2C mobile app products under one brand, set current and long-term goals for internal teams
- Designing, planning and executing effective marketing campaigns in line with the plan & determining and implementing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
- Recent experience marketing leadership for a mobile app in the following industries required: D2C for crypto currency, wifi, blockchain, Neo banking or FinTech.
- Building brand awareness and generating innovative ideas to promote the overall brand and a suite of products that intersect fintech, telecom, mobile, and consumerization of enterprise
- Defining the strategy for how the brand can be positioned as a leader across our different audiences
- Creating content strategies based on the business objectives, category focus, and audience segments through all channels (online/offline/social)
- Designing and coordinating promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
- Managing external PR partners and agencies, leveraging their networks while keeping costs in check and building independent relationships with top industry journalists
- Managing and reviewing the marketing budget
- Keeping updated on market trends & competitor strategies
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO
- Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
- Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events
- Forecast hiring needs for the Marketing department
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives
