About Voltz Labs

First is our creation of Voltz Protocol, a non-custodial Automated Market Maker for Interest Rate Swaps. The protocol is around 3,000x more capital efficient than alternative models, has been blessed by Uniswap Governance, and led to a large Seed round at the end of 2021. Interest Rate Swaps are a core pillar of any well-functioning financial system - there’s a whopping $1,000 trillion of notional traded per annum in TradFi IRS. Put simply, if Interest Rate Swaps don’t exist in DeFi, then DeFi will never become the financial system for the whole of the world. So we’re building it.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Growth Marketing Lead to join our exceptional team. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing on a growth strategy that drives awareness, optimises our funnel and generates long-term traction with hardcore users of the protocol. You’ll report directly into our CEO and work closely with him to develop and execute the strategy. However, you’ll also need to work closely with our community, and our product and engineering functions too.

Your key responsibilities
- Develop and execute on a growth strategy that drives awareness, educates users, optimises the funnel and ultimately leads to a growing set of protocol users
- Identify growth opportunities and key market segments for actors on Voltz Protocol
- Own the execution of our growth strategies; this will include everything from strategy creation to execution across social media, content, PR, paid, gorilla etc.
- Engage proactively with the community and ensure community growth is aligned with the use cases of the protocol and future DAO
- Make data-driven decisions to optimise the funnel, including analysing the performance of campaigns
- Work closely with other areas of the Voltz Labs team to optimise growth
The minimum qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in growth or a similar role
- Track record of creating and executing successful growth campaigns across a range of channels
- Experience with social media, content, and PR strategies
- Passion for web3/crypto or a willingness to develop expertise in the space
- Self-motivated and adaptable with high standards of excellence
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Qualifications that make your application stronger
- Experience in scaling a startup
- Deep understanding of Web3 and DeFi ecosystems
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of finance
